When you purchase a ticket or register for an event, we collect the following personal data:

• Name and email address — to identify you and deliver your tickets • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details • Order details — ticket type, seat selection (where applicable), quantity, amounts, and purchase date • Refund and payment-dispute records relating to your order • Ticket check-in status — when your ticket's QR code is scanned at the event

While you browse this storefront, an anonymous visit session is also recorded: a random session identifier, the page you are viewing, your IP address and the approximate (city-level) location derived from it, your browser type, and the site that referred you. This visit data is not linked to your name or email unless you complete a purchase. If you start a checkout and enter your details without completing it, the organizer can see that incomplete (abandoned) checkout, including the contact details you entered.

Your personal data is used solely to:

• Process your ticket purchase and send confirmation emails • Deliver your e-tickets and order receipts • Admit you at the event by validating your ticket at check-in • Handle refund or cancellation requests • Show the organizer aggregate visitor and sales activity for this storefront • Respond to any support enquiries you raise • Prevent fraud and secure the ordering process

Your data is not sold, and it is not used to send you marketing unless you separately agree to that with the organizer.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR:

Order data (name, email, ticket details) is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil legal and financial obligations, typically up to 7 years for tax record purposes.

Anonymous visit sessions and abandoned checkout data are operational and short-lived; they are kept no longer than 12 months.

Data collected through analytics or advertising tools is governed by the respective third-party provider's retention policies.

We share your data with the following categories of third parties only where necessary:

• Verimly (Bidtofix Limited) — provides the ticketing platform and processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement, using vetted sub-processors for hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), and email delivery (Resend) • Stripe — handles payment processing and stores payment data securely
